Senior Cority System Administrator

Thinkfind is seeking a Senior Cority System Administrator to manage and optimize the Cority (formerly Medgate) environment for a large enterprise client. In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator responsible for configuration, system updates, permissions management, module support, and integration with other enterprise systems. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Occupational Health, Compliance, and IT to ensure that Cority workflows, reporting, and user experience are aligned with operational needs. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting system issues, supporting upgrades and patching, managing user provisioning, and maintaining system documentation and governance.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience administering Cority in a large, regulated enterprise environment, including deep knowledge of system modules, role-based security, and workflow automation. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations are essential. Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and integrating Cority with systems such as Active Directory, HRIS platforms, or analytics tools is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are key, as this role works closely with EHS, health services, and IT teams.
