Cybersecurity Training Project Manager Fort Worth, Texas

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to work with one of our leading clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various cybersecurity projects within the organization. Your duties will be to plan, initiate, and manage cybersecurity projects in alignment with organizational goals; develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans; ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality; lead project teams, including cross-functional teams, to achieve project goals; coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met; communicate project progress, status, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management; and, ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, policies, and standards. Projects include Technology Services Application Development Training on which you will work with the Security Team, Application Development teams, and a 3rd party vendor to roll out the training via LMS tool (Success Factors for employees); Application Security Training Evaluation on which you will lead efforts to choose a 3rd party training platform; and, Cloud Security Governance Tool – roadmap includes expanding the technology footprint to the cloud.

This exciting role requires at least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Project Management. Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring are essential. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with proficiency, and limited impact to deliverables. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills are a must. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills needed. Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations, policies, and standards, such as NIST, ISO, and GDPR is required.
