As an SAP Supply Chain Analyst, you will directly support the IT-related needs of the global supply chain. You will participate in the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP APO DP / SNP / GATP / PPDS along with any enhancements to meet end-user needs. You will also be responsible to support, investigate, and analyze enhancements to SAP modules – Materials Management, Production Planning that integrate with SAP APO and Troubleshoot system issues, interfaces, and develop new systems capabilities while supporting integration between SAP ERP and other systems. This position will be a subject matter expert with in-depth experience in SAP Supply Chain processes with a focus on procurement, production planning, sales & operations planning (S&OP) and MRP.

The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting with SAP business process design, configuration, and testing within the context of both project and production support efforts. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of prior experience supporting SAP Supply Chain solutions – MM, PP, MRP, IM/WM, QM and best practices. 4 years total SAP systems experience implementing APO/SCM and ECC(MM/PP) solutions is required. 4 years hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP ECC 6.0 or S4 HANA for multinational companies is needed. Hands-on experience with SAP APO Master Data, CIF integration, APO DP, APO SNP, Data transfer protocols, Procure to Pay/Production Planning ECC processes a must. Knowledge of integration between SAP modules – MM, IM/WM, PP, PM, SD, WM, QM and FI/CO; experience in APO, PP/DS, IBP and Advanced Supply Chain Planning is needed. Experience developing functional specifications, configuration, review technical specs, unit testing, UAT and automation required. Some SAP ABAP Development and debugging experience preferred. Knowledge in material master data from characteristic, regulatory, food technical, and quality assurance standpoint needed. Must have the ability to address short-term tactical requirements without losing site of the longer-range strategic direction. The role requires a high level of cross-functional communication and coordination amongst different groups supporting other SAP modules, and all departments and levels of management. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers is essential. Proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving skills are a must. Industry certification from SAP or related business area is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences (CS) or Management Information Systems (MIS) or Industrial Engineering or Related Fields.
