Salesforce Developer (Clone) Fort Worth, Texas
We are looking for a highly-skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer for this exceptional contract-to-hire opportunity with one of our most exciting clients. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization. Your expertise in Salesforce development will be essential in crafting efficient and innovative solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand their unique requirements and translate them into effective solutions; design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies; optimize Salesforce configurations to improve system performance, scalability, and user experience; implement best practices for security, data governance, and compliance within the environment; participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the overall technical excellence of the team; and, stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in an Information Technology environment with a strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and SOQL. At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce – Service, Sales, or Experience Cloud needed. Experience with Salesforce configuration, customizations, and data modeling required. Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and REST/SOAP web services a must. Must be proficient in Salesforce release management and version control with a solid understanding of software development best practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree with preference in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Business, and/or equivalent formal training, certifications, or work experience preferred. Preference for Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator. Experience in Java, HTML, Open Shift, Angular and/or Dev Ops is a plus. Other bonus skills include experience with Einstein Analytics; experience with integration technologies for middleware and enterprise service bus (ESB) Including API, Tibco BusinessWorks/ EMS, and message protocols/formats (JMS, MQ, SOAP, JSON, XML); knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce DX; experience with agile development methodologies; and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Must be able to work onsite in D/FW with potential of being 50% remote. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
