This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills as a top-notch Recruiter for one of our leading clients. You will work in a team of Recruiters supporting HR Field teams working according to business need across the various company divisions. You’ll assist the Field HR team with sourcing candidates to create a pipeline, posting jobs, screening applicants, coordinating and administration of hiring events, and interviewing and ushering candidates through pre-employment screens until hired. You’ll independently lead major projects and process improvements: research information, define, design, document, and implement innovative solutions with minimal oversight. Develop and implement targeted localized Sourcing and Recruiting strategies to build a solid candidate pipeline for various skilled positions across the company. Identify, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to source a diverse pipeline of candidates for hard-to-fill positions leveraging job boards, technical schools, niche sites, military, strategic advertising, etc. In addition, you’ll align sourcing with AAP targets; coordinate Military and Job Fair activities; be a subject matter expert on Staffing processes, tools and technology; and, stay current on recruiting trends and labor market conditions. Some travel may be required – up to 20%.
This position requires a minimum 1-2 years proven sourcing/recruiting experience implementing talent acquisition programs. Must be able to work in high volume, rapidly changing environment and ability to multi-task and prioritize competing deadlines. Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs; Word, PowerPoint and Excel is required. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is needed; Successfactors Recruiting Platform preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people and management at all levels is essential. Must have a proven ability to manage confidential information and work with discretion on sensitive topics. Good oral and written communication skills needed.
